City Manager Position(Part-Time)

 

~Position Overview~

      

PinkNailsEnt is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving ladies in South Louisiana with a mission to Restore Lives, Meet Needs, and Bring Change. The organization began in 2012 as its founders sought to leverage the need for outreach in impoverished communities with the social good of business and individuals. The organization is comprised of three branches Redefine, NoCo, and Believe Communities.

 

PNE is seeking part-time City Overseers. Responsibilities include providing oversight to programs and operations as directed by the Executive Director in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the Board of Directors. City Overseers provide professional leadership in all facets of the Mission’s activities including administration, staff management/training, financial management, non-profit management best practices, public speaking, and strategic planning.

Position requires a degree in human services, accounting, management, business, or related field with two years of experience in a professional work environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities and is comfortable leading teams. In addition, the candidate must be dependable, positive, enthusiastic about helping others, trustworthy, reliable, professional, and organized.

-Provide Oversight to All PNE programs in the respective city
-First Line of Support for Mentoring Leaders
-Assist in Growth & Development Opportunities for Organization
-Assist in Event Planning for Distinguished Speaker Series
-Network with Local Leaders
-Assist in Fundraising Efforts
